Old Manor Cottage
Situated in the quiet village of Dersingham, just one mile from Sandringham House, Old Manor Cottage is a quaint Victorian two bedroom cottage built of traditional brick and carrstone.
The comfortable accommodation comprises:
Cosy lounge with three piece suite, colour television, video, music system and electric fire.
Dining room with comfortable seating for four, gas fire and a selection of books and tourist information. Small, well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave etc. Modern bathroom with electric heater, shaver socket and electric shower over the bath.
On the first floor there is one double bedroom and one twin.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
Hot water is provided by immersion heater and there is gas central heating for the colder months.
Gas and electric are included in the price. A small discount is offered if you bring your own bed linen and towels.
The very secluded garden has a table & chairs and two bench seats.
Dersingham has a good selection of shops including a small supermarket, post office, coffee house and a pharmacy. There are two pubs serving good food and real ales within five minutes walk of the cottage.

Sandringham House, museum, gardens & woodland walks.
The popular seaside town of Hunstanton with it’s superb sandy beach and colourful cliffs.
Historic Kings Lynn, Langham Glass, Norfolk Lavender and Holkham Hall.
Boat trips can be taken from Morston to see the seals at Blakeney Point.
Norfolk is renowned for it’s birdlife and the cottage is less than five miles from RSPB Snettisham. Holme NNR is only eleven miles and Titchwell just twenty minutes.
Dersingham is central for birding as all the main reserves are within easy reach.
NWT Cley is thirtyfour miles.
NWT Weeting is thirtyfive.
RSPB Lakenheath is thirtythree.
WWT Welney is thirtyseven.
RSPB Ouse washes is forty four.
